Debbie Admoni has many years of experience as a psychologist supporting
children, adolescents, adults and people with developmental disabilities to
improve their mental health and live a life of well-being. Debbie has a special interest in improving family relationships and individual mental health and self-esteem. She is presently focusing on working with clients across the age range.
Debbie has worked for many years in community organisations, government
and private practice. Debbie is skilled and experienced in helping clients with
depression, anxiety, relationships, work challenges, life transitions including
grief and loss. Her specialist areas are trauma and family therapy.
She collaborates closely with her clients on their goals, working together to
improve their quality of life. Debbie uses an eclectic and evidence-based
approach in working with clients to achieve the best outcomes. Her approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR and
Schema Therapy.
Debbie’s focus is achieving real, practical changes in peoples lives in how they
feel about themselves and their relationships.
